rq just showed me two youtube videos on photoreading..

its this technique where you browse through the book..
literally.. BROWSE…
just keep flipping and then you can remember the details of everything inside..
what word in which line on which page..

there was this video on this guy going to the library asking the librarian to test him..
the librarian said smth at the end which i really like alot..

This is what he said…

“It’s fantastic. I’m overwhelmed. I wish I had the ability as a librarian.

As a human being, I’m glad I can forget.”

everyone seems to be posting a goodbye-2008-hello-2009 kind of post..
i think i should post one too..

my 2008 is mainly national service-ing.. (read: time-wasting)
nothing has happened much though..
my two years in national service seems to just pass like that..
it seems just like a passing period in life...
ive known a lot of pple through ns…
but there are none that im close to…

actually im quite glad that i managed to get to play squash recently..
and on a regular basis..
it helps me to escape from the kind of awkwardness in camp..
and go do the things i want to do..
maybe its just me..
ive seen how people would go to means to stab you in the back when you are not around..
but its ok.. it will all come to an end soon..

as 2009 beckons.. im already starting to count down to alot of stuff..
first would probably be chingay..
afterall.. im quite sure it will be my last with payco..
and then the rest of the plans for the next 8 mnths will have to slowly fall in place..
with me finding a job first..
my mum is urging me to pick up a third language..
i think it will be french if i am to pick one..
its kinda a 2008 resolution not completed..(the only uncomplete one btw..)
since france is so near.. hahaha

2009 will be a happening year i guess..
first will be pr and vera going paris and nz..
after that i think it will be my turn to leave..
well.. for all the countdowns….

31 days to chingay..
43 days to ORD..
127 days to my 21st..
234 days to goodbye singapore..

speaking of my 21st birthday….
ah wells.. another problem for another day..
